Natural Sweeteners & Functional Beer & Malt Beverages Products

Fruit additions for beer and malt beverages need to fit the base beer, alcohol level and stage of addition. Fermentation-stage and post-fermentation use can produce different flavour and stability outcomes.

MAK Food Company supplies fibre, carob, honey, date, sweet potato and deionized fruit references in this commercial family. Define the required sweetness, solids or measured processing property for the actual grade. The family name alone does not substantiate a health or nutrition claim.

Assess fermentable solids, acidity, clarity, foam and compatibility with the chosen brewing or blending process. Pilot trials should establish inclusion levels in the complete recipe. Confirm the selected specification, traceability, packaging, storage conditions and shelf life before production.
