Explore orange juice concentrates, fruit concentrates, comminuted and deionized options for industrial food and beverage manufacturing. Request a sample.
Orange products are fruit-derived ingredients used in industrial food and beverage manufacturing to provide citrus flavour, fruit solids and sweetness.
Orange juice concentrate is suited to formulations that require recognisable orange flavour and a controlled sweetness-acidity balance. Comminuted orange incorporates juice and finely processed fruit components, including peel, to deliver a distinctive whole-orange character. Deionized orange concentrate provides fruit-derived sugars with a more neutral flavour profile for formulations where a pronounced citrus taste is less desirable.
Selecting an orange ingredient depends on the finished product’s target Brix, acidity, flavour, colour and pulp requirements, as well as processing conditions. Contact MAK Food Company to discuss your application, request technical specifications and arrange an orange ingredient sample.

Every reference on this page ships from our own facilities in Murcia, with full traceability from grove to drum. Available in Bag-in-Box, Drum, IBC and Flexitank formats, and covered by our IFS, Organic, Halal and Kosher certifications.
The Orange range includes juice concentrates and fruit concentrates, with high-ratio, low-ratio, clear, low-pulp and with-cells references. It also lists Orange Cloudy, comminuted grades, NFC Orange Juice, Orange Whole Fruit Puree, Orange Pulp Cells and Orange Essential Oil. Each reference should be assessed by its documented specification and ingredient role.
Compare the required sweetness-acidity balance with the selected concentrate’s soluble solids, titratable acidity and stated ratio. High-ratio and low-ratio designations help distinguish references but do not establish every sensory characteristic. Evaluate flavour, colour and the complete recipe before determining dosage or approving a substitution.
Clear orange concentrate and juice concentrate references can be assessed for clarity. Low-pulp and extra-low-pulp grades provide other documented options, while with-cells concentrates, pulp cells and comminuted ingredients offer different texture profiles. Validate turbidity, suspension, mouthfeel and storage behaviour in the final product.
These portfolio formats should be compared through their individual composition, concentration, acidity and texture specifications. Juice concentrate identifies a juice-derived grade; fruit concentrate references include their own documented characteristics; comminuted orange is a distinct fruit preparation. The orange name alone does not make the formats interchangeable in a recipe.
Compare ingredient identity, soluble solids, acidity, ratio where relevant, colour, clarity and pulp or cell profile. Provide the intended food or beverage application, process conditions and target sensory result. Verify traceability, packaging, storage and handling instructions, and approve representative samples against the complete finished-product brief.
