Stone Fruits Baby Juices & Drinks Products

Ingredients for the baby juices and drinks market require a defined product category, intended age group and destination market. Juice concentrates, purees and beverage bases serve different technical purposes and should be specified separately.

Supplier & Distributor of Stone Fruits Ingredients for Baby Juices & Drinks

MAK Food Company has peach and apricot references in juice, concentrate, puree and preparation formats. Relevant sourcing parameters include fruit identity, concentration, pulp content, viscosity and colour. Processing and removal of stones and other unwanted plant material must be defined in the specification.

Evaluate soluble solids, acidity, clarity or cloud, sedimentation and flavour after the intended dilution and heat treatment. Specify the complete composition rather than relying on a fruit-flavoured product name. A clear juice concentrate and a puree concentrate deliver different properties and need separate manufacturing trials.

Confirm traceability, analytical limits, microbiological specifications, contaminants, packaging, handling, storage and shelf life for the selected grade. Any claim of suitability needs supporting documentation for the specific application. This B2B ingredient category does not recommend drinks for infants or establish an appropriate consumption age. Product positioning and composition require review against the intended age group and market.
